West End Auto Repair

This was my first time using Autowerks and i was very pleased with their communication and explanation of the problem with my car's AC. My repair was handled quickly and they even drove me back to work after i dropped off my car. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic. :)

I simply wouldn't bring my BMW Z4 anywhere else in the greater Fort Bragg area. John and his family know how to provide second to none customer service and most importantly are experts in repairing European cars.

Well the staff is very friendly but the work had to be redone elsewhere. I took in my 2014 Mercedes E-class with 30k miles on it to have tires mounted and an alignment completed. The directional tires were mounted backwards and the car still shook. I found a local tire shop to remount the tires and had a second alignment which fixed the problem. I'm not a fan of rework so maybe I'll make the drive to a dealership next time. I actually liked the convenience of this place being so close to Pinehurst.

My husband has always been extremely pleased with the service he's gotten on our Lexus at AutoWerks. They have been able to fix problems that the Lexus dealer in Charlotte could never seem to figure out. If you plan to drive your auto many years, as we do, then your owe it to yourself to give it to notch maintenance and advice. Autowerks provides that at reasonable prices with no surprises on what they will be billing you for.

Used them for years for cars from Hondas to BMWs. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They do not try to sell you unnecessary services like some dealers do. Highly recommended.

We bought a used BMW and took it here to have it checked. They identified several issues and repaired them in a short time. The staff is very professional, very experienced and focused on quality work. We will always bring our car here for service. Highly recommended.

So I'm in the Pinehurst Golf Resort parking lot ready to head back to Charleston. Transmission Failure!! @1515. 21 Hours later I'm on the road after John & Gary got new transmission pan airfreighted in and replaced. Also John drove me to a local motel and Gary picked me up during the road test. Can't say enough about these guys, wish they were in Charelston Thx Joan's Husband [Kent]

Extremely courteous with a full explanation of the problem. They also patently worked with my warranty company to get as much covered as possible. I would recommend to anyone their service.
