Remember that if the tires pass with 2/32" at the time of NC Safety Inspection, they could be illegal tomorrow and the rest of the year. In case of an accident, guess who is at fault AND, due to NC Contributory Negligence Law, 1% or more MAY negate a claim .We urge replacing berfore/at the 4/32" THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE,.
